Looking for barbers to join our busy shops in the heart of Union Square in Somerville, Cushing Square in Belmont, and on Main St in Melrose.
Long-term commitment and professional qualities are valued, including attention to details, willingness to learn, building relationships with clientele, and dedication to their craft.
Barbers will have access to learn the latest trends and advanced skills with both senior Barbers & outside education.
Must have strong communication and customer service skills for all clients to enjoy our establishment and leave satisfied with their service.

No clientele necessary with a large, established, local client base and an overflow of new clients for our busy shops (all barbers fully booked most weeks).
Barber's Den has an advanced online-booking system with a waitlist feature on our website and IPhone/Android Apps as well as walk-in traffic (at select locations).
Qualifications:
Massachusetts Barber License and/or Cosmetology License
Compensation:
Commission base percentage varies dependent on skills and contribution.
Barbers haircut prices change mostly dependent on demand. Tips and additional benefits may be included.
Schedule:
Day & Evening Shifts Available - Flexible schedule open Monday - Saturday - Some Sundays

We have high standards of cleanliness in all our shops and follow city/town covid guidelines.
Masks must be worn by barbers and clients based on local covid regulations.
Cleaning between customers and hand sanitizing stations.
