The Ville is our third stop… and although we have no intention on making it our last; it is where we’ve taken everything we’ve learned and our success and created a completely unique environment in an already unique Union Square.
We opened up the shop in 2019 and this time, with the help of Joe the Architect, we established a completely custom footprint. Somerville has embodied our Classic to Modern mentality with its incredible history and its forever evolving community.

Our Barbers
Evan | Owner
What started as a hobby in his parents’ basement at the age of 14 has evolved into what you see now. Evan still cuts hair throughout the week, as well as educating for Baxter of California, handling the business behind Barbers Den, and drinking tequila.
Brian
The man with the best Instagram handle, @newenglandbarber actually started his barber career in the Midwest.. with a diet of only burrito's and small cups of coffee, Brian is able to operate at incredible speeds so fast that you might not even see him. Or his fanny pack. Or his turtle neck. Or his incredibly clean haircuts.
Garin
The man of finesse. The hometown guy. The problem solver. The guy who counts 20 $1 bills four times just to make sure it's correct, then orders Uber eats iced coffee from Starbucks for $8. Despite every month hearing "this is the only sh*t I use in my hair" , and it always being something new, Garin is actually great at prescribing you the right thing for yours.
JC
Born in Ponci, Puerto Rico. Everyone feels like they’ve known JC forever, and after you’ve gotten haircuts from him you’ll only hope to stay in his haircut schedule. He keeps it real with sports and the Celtics, and has a good jump-shot of his own: some days. JC is the guy that wears both Red Sox and Yankees hats, but somehow makes it work.
Chris
Chris has secured a following of clientele throughout the years who appreciate his customized cuts and keen sense of style. Jack
The jack of all trades, but master of barbering. A UMASS/Worcester State undergraduate degree in Marketing was acquired alongside his developing barber career, which had turned professional during his college days.. Peers enjoy his unique and comprehensive perspective on all things life. To boot, it’s to say he’s the most skilled on the basketball court, and it’s not just the advantage of height.
